• Green building - Topics that will be covered are wind power generators, rainwater harvesting, recycled wood flooring, permeable pavement, and constructed wetlands for wastewater treatment.
• Ethics for Architects - This course will review such topics as conflicts of interest, duties and obligations towards the public, accessibility of records, case studies, and making ethical judgements.
• Mold Prevention - Now that mold is a hot topic in the construction industry, this course will cover sources of mold, new construction and mold, rightsizing, standards and regulations, liability, and litigation.
• Using Gypsum in New Construction - This continuing education course provides current information on drywall and veneer plaster construction, coventional lath and plaster construction, suspended accoustical ceiling systems, and general construction.

These are the current requirements for renewing your Wyoming Architects license. We will always provide the newest information available and will update the requirements as soon as there are changes.


• To renew you Architect license in the state of Wyoming you are required to complete 16 hours of professional development units every 2 years.
• All sixteen hours of professional development units shall be in public protection subjects that are approved by the Board. All professional development units shall be completed prior to expiration.
• Any excess professional development units that are completed during the current renewal cycle shall not be carried over.
• All PDUs shall be reported at the time of renewal. The Board may randomly audit to verify compliance with PDU requirements. The licensee shall maintain a record of PDU completion for a minimum of two years.
